From the item discription,you will see there is a word SO-HI,at first,our sales don’t understand what is meaning,so we produced this size into full coupling with BSP thread for both end.and another coupling only socket weld for both end,then we delivered all this lot of pipe fittings to our customer,and our customer’s engineer feedback that we provide the wrong type after they received it.and our customer teach us what it means and send drawing to us,then we all understand it very well,then we start to arrange the replcement pipe couplings at once,and deliver it by air immediately,we must quick to save time,and can not make our customer’s projet delay.this is what we do.
